TESTIMONIALS

Empowered is the word that comes to mind. V2Kproductions is an organization founded solely on passion, family, and a mission to empower young women.

I  never would have considered myself to be a pageant queen. That all changed the moment I met Ms. Vilma and her family. I was determined  to capture the title of Miss Philippines Hawai’i which is a preliminary title for Miss Hawai’i, and I knew that the Tucay family would be a part of my life for the long run. Ms. Vilma took me under her wing through extensive coaching and support, along with her family, and son Bronson Tucay who created quality videos and various media coverage throughout my pageant journey.

As a singer and actress, V2kproductions has helped me along my journey of self discovery and embracing my authentic self in any situation. Mahalo and maraming  maraming salamat, Tucay family.

"I have known Vilma for nearly 20 years and was fortunate to participate in her pageant system. She and her family are wonderful

people who make it their goal to give each girl a meaningful and wholesome experience that is fun-filled and emphasizes the betterment of each individual. Vilma and Ricky, co-founders of V2k Productions, have created a fair and delightful pageant organization to become involved with if you are looking for a memorable first-time pageant experience, or if you want to focus on specific areas of competition."

"Aloha! My name is Agnes Calderon Villanueva and I have known Vilma for over 20 years. Her passion for pageantry is evident. I was her student in modeling school and as a teenager, I was a contestant in numerous pageants she founded including the Miss Asian Universal Pageant, Miss Asian America Pageant (held in San Francisco, California), and the Miss Pearlridge Teen Pageant. The experiences I gained was invaluable and helped shape the person I am today. I eventually went on to working with Vilma helping to coordinate her pageant productions and various projects. I am certain that these experiences helped me capture the title of Miss Oahu Filipina and Miss Hawaii Filipina in 2002. Thank you Vilma for the important work that you do for our community especially for young ladies in pursuit of unlocking their greatest potential."

"I first met Ms. Vilma when I entered my first pageant through Susan Page Modeling in 2010. She was an incredible director and after I so graciously won, she mentored and coached me as a titleholder for the following year. She has lots of experience in pageantry and it is evident in the way that she always put us first, making sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. We have kept in touch through the years and I have no doubt that her new venture with V2K Productions will be very successful. I am so glad I met someone as kind hearted and dedicated as she is and I know we will be friends for years to come. Ms. Vilma, you are seriously the best ♡"

"Strong character, perseverance, and drive are a few values that I believe Vilma has exemplified and shared with me over the last twenty plus years of friendship, mentorship, and companionship in the Hawaii pageant system. As a successor to Vilma’s Miss International Hawaii pageant title many years ago, she became a supporter and mentor through my pageant titles as Miss International Hawaii and Miss Asian Universal Hawaii. From those early years of our relationship, Vilma gave me solid support, honest advice, and guidance that I still remember and carry through my other endeavors. She not only helped me thrive but I have witnessed the meaningful impact she has made to several young woman and men. I wish her continued success and courage to guide more individuals towards developing into esteemed and gracious members of our Hawaii community."
